I. The Journey From Our Crypt

Once your tribute (order) is received, our Keepers begin preparing your artifacts for their voyage.

Order Processing

All orders are consecrated and prepared within 1-2 business days of your payment being confirmed.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two paths for your artifacts to travel:

  • Standard Shipping (Paid): Your artifacts are entrusted to DHL or FedEx. The journey typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. A shipping tribute of $12.95 is required.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, artifacts travel via EMS. This path is slower, taking approximately 15-25 business days after dispatch.

✧ Our ships sail to most corners of the globe, but some distant isles and certain realms of Asia may be beyond our current reach.

II. The Ritual of Return

Even the most chosen artifact may sometimes require a return to the shadows. This ritual must be initiated within 15 days of the artifact’s arrival at your altar.

Sacred Conditions

The artifact must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered state, with all protective sigils (tags) and original packaging intact.

Artifacts Bound to the Crypt (Non-Returnable)

To preserve sanctity and safety, the following may not return from the void:

  • JEWELRY & BATHROOM items, for reasons of intimate essence and hygiene.
  • GIFT CARDS, as they are vessels of potential energy, not physical form.
  • Any item marked “Final Sale” or from a CURRENT OBSESSIONS flash collection.
  • Artifacts from sacred COLLABS or COLLABS TWIN TEMPLE, unless they were flawed by our hand.
  • Items showing signs of wear, ritual use, or with broken protective seals.

✧ Items from ACCESSORIES, HEADWEAR, and HOME categories (like FURNISHINGS) may only be returned if all original packaging and sanctity are perfectly preserved.

The Step-by-Step Ritual

  1. Summon the Keepers: Within the 15-day covenant, send a missive to [email protected]. Use the template provided below.
  2. Receive the Sacred Sigil: Our Keepers will respond with an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not send anything without this sigil.
  3. Prepare the Artifact: Place the item in its original vessel, with all tags and a copy of your order scroll (invoice). Securely seal the package.
  4. Dispatch to the Void: Send the package via a tracked courier service to the address provided. You are responsible for the offering (shipping cost) of the return, unless the error was born in our crypt.
  5. Await the Echo: Once received and inspected in our vaults, a spectral notification (email) will be sent to you.

III. The Flow of Energy: Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges

For a different size or color, the new artifact will be dispatched once the return is received and blessed. You will be notified of its new journey.

Refunds

Once a return is accepted, the energy (funds) will be redirected back to the original payment vessel within 5-10 business days.

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Refunded directly to the card used in the original tribute.
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account.

The time for the energy to reappear in your account may vary by the policies of your financial gatekeeper.

✧ For artifacts found to be flawed by our hand, we will also provide an offering to cover the cost of your return shipping.
