- GIFT CARDS, as they are vessels of potential energy, not physical form.
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or from a CURRENT OBSESSIONS flash collection.
- Artifacts from sacred COLLABS or COLLABS TWIN TEMPLE, unless flawed by our hand.
- Items that show signs of wear, ritual use, or have had their protective seals broken.
✧ Items from ACCESSORIES, HEADWEAR, and HOME categories (like FURNISHINGS) may be returned only if all original packaging and sanctity are perfectly preserved.

- Receive the Sacred Sigil: Our Keepers will respond with a authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to the nearest portal (return address). Do not send an artifact back without this sigil.
- Prepare the Artifact: Place the item in its original vessel (packaging), with all tags and seals. Include a copy of your order scroll (invoice). Securely seal the package.
- Dispatch to the Void: Send the package via a tracked courier service to the address provided. You are responsible for the offering (shipping cost) of the return journey, unless the error was born in our crypt (e.g., incorrect or flawed item).
